Nandrolone decanoate 400mg by Southern Ghost Pharma is an anabolic androgenic steroid that has been used medically for certain conditions involving muscle loss, anaemia, or tissue wasting. It is sometimes known by the historical brand name Deca-Durabolin.

Medical uses have included treatment of anaemia, nandrolone stimulates red blood cell production, so it has been used in some chronic anaemias, including anaemia associated with kidney disease or bone marrow suppression.

Muscle wasting and severe weight loss, it has been prescribed in some cases to help preserve or rebuild lean body mass in chronic illness, recovery from major surgery or trauma, severe burns and cancer related cachexia.

Historically, nandrolone was used in some patients with osteoporosis because anabolic steroids increase bone mineral density and reduce bone pain in certain cases.

In selected situations, it was used to help counter muscle breakdown caused by chronic steroid treatment.

Therapeutic effects include increased protein synthesis, improved nitrogen retention, increased muscle mass and strength, stimulation of erythropoiesis and improvement in bone density.

Compared with some other anabolic steroids, Southern Ghost Deca 400 has relatively lower androgenic activity, less conversion to estrogen than testosterone and lower rates of certain androgenic side effects.
